Terms & Conditions

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no less than fourty-eight (48) hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than fourty-eight (48) hours notice will be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

A $50 fee will apply to services $100 or less.

Services exceeding $100 will incur a 50% charge of the total service price.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for occasional late arrival, a $20 fee will be charged at the 15-minute mark.

20-minutes late will result in a no-call no-show occurrence and be charged accordingly.

We do not take foreign fills for any service (unless at the discretion of your stylist). Please book a removal along with your service if needed.

If you need a service added on please request any changes or add-ons to your appointment at least 7 days in advance.
